His specialty product, traditional french chou chou, is hand crafted in an authentic french copper cauldron to give his nuts a lightly caramelised crunch. Chou Chou is well loved by europeans and sold all over the Mediterranean coastline, a perfect match for our coastal lifestyle in south east Queensland!
Our best seller are the salted caramel peanuts using local tea tree honey & Himalayan salt.
We also lightly caramelise peanuts, cashews, macadamias & almonds.
Now Francky has expanded to include other specialty nut products including a savoury range and our peanut & cashew nut butter range!
